The master of a water bus shall attend the vessel at appointed time to the appointed place. The master shall direct the vessel to any particular destination when he is asked by the authorities, and the master is not allowed to take irregular directions. Authorities must issue suitably framed showing the tariff of fears and other information necessary for offering services using a water-bus. All passengers are committed to pay the fare of the service to the master of vessel. A receipt showing the date shall be provided by the master of a water-bus to show the mount paid and the origin destination of the trip. An authorized officer may order to inspect the receipt and its validity on disembarking.
The master of a water bus is committed to assist and help any person with reduced mobility in embarking or disembarking from water-bus and during the trip. Any contravention committed against the provision of all the aforementioned regulations can be treated under territorial laws.
No person may operate a water-bus service unless he is in possession of a commercial vessel operator’s license.
